Tom Cruise has proven once once again that he's willing to go that extra few thousand miles for wife, Katie Holmes.


The actor reportedly jumped on a redeye flight flight from Los Angeles on Thursday so that he could walk his missus to work the next day.


The pair strolled through Manhattan's star-studded West Village with daughter Suri, two, as Cruise escorted his married woman to a rehearsal for Broadway's revivification of All My Sons, according to OK!.


A reference tells the magazine, "Some construction workers asked for a picture, but Tom politely said, 'Sorry guys, I can't stop. I'm walking my wife to work. She's got rehearsals to come to.'"

It was reported this week that Katie has grown tired of her hubby's clingy behaviour � we admiration if she found this latest motion of devotion sweet or just sheer creepy...

Austria's Tristwood was primitively formed by bassist Deimon and guitarist Neru in 1996, and then under the cognomen of "Dec." Inspired by blackened alloy bands like Khold, Dimmu Borgir, and Mayhem, the duette recorded a exclusive demonstration the following year; then went their split shipway until 2001, when they joined forces with guitar player Jegger, bought themselves some samplers, keyboards, and electronic drums, and proceeded to reinvent themselves as an Tristwood. 2003 saw the handout of their first new work: a five-song EP coroneted Fragments of the Mechanical Unbecoming, featuring misanthropical lyrics influenced by the end-of-time stories of authors like Eric van Lustbader and Christoph Ransmayr -- after which there followed 2004's arguably darker and for certain more sophisticated full-length, Amygdala. The latter introduced newfangled vocalizer Axumis into their ranks, and, after re-recording some senior, downhearted, mid-tempo material for 2005's Svarta Daudi EP, Tristwood inked a new contract with Sound Riot Records for the release of their more death metal-tinged second, LP, The Delphic Doctrine.
